Unable to provide connection

I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 19 th nov. The agent told us that he will providing the connection within 10 days and asked for an amount of 3400 for the connection. But the sad situation is even after almost 2 months there is no response from either the agent or airtel. I registered a complaint with airtel and they gave us a complaint no.26993490, after that there is no response from them.
