Dear Sir/Ma'am
I took a Broadband Internet Connection from Airtel whose Number is 0180-4021484.
On 15 February I made a request to Airtel Customer Care Executive to disconnect my connection as i am moving from this location.
They said it will took 3 working days.
Bill got generated on 17 feb. On receiving the bill, I made full payment at Panipat Billing collection centre.
But Airtel did not disconnect my number. I sent them a mail to please disconnect my number.
I received an auto-generated mail that it will be processed in 3 working days. still no action.
Again i put a request to Customer care executive to disconnect my number and ask for response of my previous reruest, They replied they have forwarded the request to concern department. But no action.
So new request was logged.
I follwed them till 9 may. In between Airtel Send me the Bill on my previous address. which i dont used.
Now Airtel Is threating me thorugh their Recovery Agents to pay the bill.
So please help me.
