Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ankit Goyal from Bangalore. On 30-12 i had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection. I was told by their officer that the connection would be installed within 7 days. I had already given Rs.- as installation charges. I waited for around 12 days for their person to turn up and install the connection. On inquiring, they say that they cannot provide the connection to me. So I asked them to refund my money. They said that within 15 days I would get my money back but its been more than 20 days I did not get a single paise from them. Now again on inquiring they are saying that it will take another 1 week. On Friday, I got a call from the customer support that the cheque has been dispatched by courier and I would get it by Saturday but still there are no signs of any cheque or something.
Their executive sales officer who had confirmed me about the cheque just disconnects my call whenever I call him.
They are making false commitments. Firstly, they said that they will provide me with the connection and, secondly, they said that I would get my money back within 15 days.
