I shifted my residence from noida kendriya vihar sec 51 to noida sec 11 and requested airtel to shift my brodband and landline to new address.
Customer care guy assured me that it will take 3 -4 days but its almost one month and i am calling them again and again.requested through emails also so many times . but there is no positive reponse and now when billing date is due they are calling me gain and again to pay the bill its really disgusting.
Why should I pay the bill when i am not using the facility at all.
