I TOOK A CONNECTION OF AIRTEL BROADBAND UNDER THE SCHEME OF RS.999 PER MONTH. THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT RS.2250 AS SECURITY. AND TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THIS. AND I WILL GET MONTHLY BILL OF RS.999 ONLY WITH UNLIMITED USAGE OF INTERNET AND UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION WAS ALSO INCLUDED IN IT. BUT JUST AFTER 15 DAYS THEY SANCTIONED A BILL OF RS.1103. THEY ALSO OFFERED 100 RS. TALKTIME FREE WITH THE SCHEME BUT NOW THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THE CALLS EVEN WHEN WE JUST CONSUMED RS.13 OF CALL.

THE PROFFESIONAL WHO CAME FROM AIRTEL AND WHO OFFERED US THIS CONNECTION IS MR.RAJESH. THEY ARE PUTTING DIFFERENT CHARGES OF DIFFERENT THINGS WHICH WERE NOT DISCLOSED WHILE GIVING THE CONNECTION. MY TELEPHONE NO. IS 4033931. I DEPOSITED RS.2250 AS SECURITY ON 25.2.10 IN CASH REFRENCE TO RECEIPT NO.1013038 AND THAT IS BEFORE DUE DATE BUT THEY ARE PUTTING HEAVY CHARGES IN SHAPE OF LATE FEE AND TAX ON EVERYTHING. I AM HUMILATED AND I FEEL HARRASED. THE PEOPLE FROM AIRTEL ARE VERY ARROGANT . THEY DONT TALK WITH RESPECT TO THE CLIENTS AND THEY THREATEN US THAT IF WE WONT PAY THE AMOUNT ASKED THEN THEY WILL CUT THE CONNECTION IN BETWEEN. PLEASE HELP ME.
