I have applied for a BroadBand Connection (Customer enrollment form
no: 2160220) on 18th March when a person (Yogesh: Ph
No.09310679442, 09560545640) from Airtel came to Collect the
Documents and also took Rs 500 for installation of the Router. The
very next day the verification was done from Airtel and the concerned
person said that every thing is fine and the connection will be set up
in next 3 days. After waiting for 3days when i called them they said
there is a some problem and we can't provide connection and they will
send me a cheque for the refund of deposited money.
I want to find out which is the best way to taggle this problem. I
don't want to be in a worst situation, after 25 days airtel can say
that we have send you the cheque, if you havn't got it, it is not
Bharti's problem.
Suggest me the best way, how should i proceed further.
