Dear Concerned,

I availed Airtel Broand band services last year till 24-Dec.

Number : 040-40272114

I have asked for disconnection on 24- dec and I have cleared the unbilled amount, I also informed to collect their Landline & Modem from my neighbour as i was vacating that place.

Problem :

They havent disconnected the connection nor collected the equipment and keep billing me the rentals for every month till this date and sending me the mails for the same.

My Earnest request you to solve this issue and need an explanation form the service provider.
