I HAVE PAID RS. 2447/- ON 12/01 (RECEIPT NO. 997404) (SEF NO. TK010090101047A) AND TILL NOW MY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT INSTALLED. I HAVE TALKED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE TELLING THAT WITHOUT FORM NO. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBEM.
