Airtel Broadband
Money paid but no connection given

I had made payment of Rs 699 for new connection on 16th April and I am yet to receive connection. Every time I call airtel, they make false promises to me that I will get the connection within an hour.

I have been talking to Santosh 9987341099 and kamlesh 9987090208, prem patnaik (9867011817) regional zonal manager, Vishnu (9867564299) and Naresh: 9867570830

from airtel, but no one is meeting their commitment.
