I fillup a form for Airtel Broadband connection at my house in pahar ganj on 22/01 and gave Rs. 1947/- Cash to the Executive comining from Airtel. After 2 days a call came and he said to me that there is No Visibility in my Area and your money will be refunded in 25 days.

But my money yet not refunded by the Airtel.
