DISCONNECTION

I am Sanjay Rai using an airtel broadband connection with telephone number 0120- 4251360 at the address C1/ 17, Sector 31 Noida (U.P.). I requested the airtel customer care department to disconnect the connection on 14th march' as I was leaving the place and going abroad. Since then 2 months passed and despite of repeated complaints on customer care helpine no. 121, the connection is yet not disconnected and new bills are being generated and sent on my emailid "[email protected]". On 12th may they told me your problem would get solved by 15th may, 3.30 pm (reference no. 32630582), on 16th may they told me that this problem would get solved by 22nd may and lastly they on 22nd may they gave me a new date of 25th may with reference no. 32980496. I also asked them to tell me directly their office where I could visit and sort out this problem, but they told that you can contact them only on customer care. I am really fed up with this situation and just want solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Therefore I request that a new bill should be generated upto 14th march and sent to my emailid.
