This is with the reference to the number 011-47028479 that I took for Data usage approximately 3years ago. It has been a great disappointment that after a multiple contacts through email from my side your advisors are unable to provide the resolution to my query.
I've a simple complaint as and when I'm using Internet the signal gets disconnected in between and the speed gets slower down. Its happening for last a months time. But since last 10 days its getting worst and worst. I wrote a email on 23 May to your nodal department and appreciate that they replied very quickly and sent there executive at my place. He ask me for a wiring change. I agreed to it and also informed him then there only that at my place from one room to another there is internal wiring. he agreed and said will send the people next day.
Ofcourse next day they came at my place but they were not ready to listen anything and was arguing only on one thing that they were not informed on internal wiring, over and above above that they made me talk to one of there supervisor BLOODY Rajnayak (9818130593 and he seems to be the MD of your company the way he spoke to me.
Then I again email and this happened 5 times up till now. everytime I used to call BLOODY Rajnayak, first of all he didn't pick my call, and some how if he picks he never listen anything and disconnects the call.
Also same with Vikas at your nodal office, he use to call me from the number 011-41814332 and he never picks my call, I've left so many messages on his voice mail.
You can see from 23 May its now 29 May.
I'm not going to pay the line rental from 23 may till the time the concern gets resolved.
Looking forward for some satisfactory revert with resolution
