I registered for a broadband connection in Korattur area - 4th Street on 15th May.

The contact person was Premnath from Airtel - Ph 9840917513.

He took 2000 Rs from me, and registered for a connection app no: CH989321.

He told me it will take 2 days for the connection. I had waited for almost 3 weeks and I did not get a proper response nor any work was done for my connection.

Later I contacted Airtel broadband customer care on 1st June and lodged a complaint - complaint number 3335618 to process my refund. They told me it will take 15 working days for the refund to be processed.

After that they never contacted me regarding status. Today (10th June), I call them up and they say that they cannot provide me with a connection, and repeated the same information, when I asked them about status of refund, they told me that they can take a new request and get it processed. Second complaint number 33696716. Im not sure now when I will get my money back.
