Internet charges

I have been advised for 3GB download plan by Airtel Sales Person, It was Rs.598 plan with 1800 deposit.

I was also advised that the 3GB will be counted only when I download otherwise the browsing is all free throughout the day. We have used the internet based on his advise and most of the times we have not switched off the modem though th internet is not in use. But then I have now got a bill for Rs.4282 and apart from this I have also paid Rs.700 in excess.

I have been totally charged Rs.6782 (Rs.1800 (paid) 700 (paid) 4282 (not paid still) ) just for two months.

This is unjustifiable.

I could have easily taken Rs.799 (unlimited plan) if I have had proper sales advise.

Please help me in getting Reversal of excess charges.
