Apllication money non remittance

Dear Sir,

I applied for broadband connection in the month of may. The representative took Rs 1500 on application no. DL2241239, they could not provide me with broadband connection as promised by their executive.

I received their refund cheque for Rs 1000 (chq no. 67432).

The balance amount i have not received till date.
