I requested for shifting of BB on 2nd July and it was promised that the BB will be shifted withing 3 working days and I will receive a callback for furhter updates. After 3 days as I didnt received any calls/updates from Airtel I started chasing them .. Everytime there was a new agent asking the issue again and again and then promising me that the connection will be fixed on the next day. Supervisor Vishal, Syed Hussain, Agents Vivek Solanki, priya n lots of name.. till date there is no response/no services delivered.
