Net not working since a month

I have had an Airtel broadband connection (02240049798) in Mumbai for over a year. On June 14, the net stopped working at exactly 10am. Ever since, I have called and complained many times, but till date, all I have received is emails telling me what a great company Airtel is, and how they are the best in the world when it comes to customer care. My net is still not working, and they have sent me a bill for the entire month today. The bill clearly shows that there has been absolutely no activity in my account after 10am on June 14. Even today, Airtel is claiming my net will start working in 48 hours. What should I do?

I am a stock-broker, and I am doing an online MBA from Australia. I cannot work without internet. I have suffered huge losses and mental agony because of Airtel's careless attitude. They should be penalised heavily for their unprofessional and uncaring attitude!
