This is Kameswara. I have applied for broadband about 21/2 months back. My application number is CHF 1019231.
As there was no feasibility at my home to provide the connection, I was told that the connection is not possible and my amount would be refunded in the next 2 weeks.
This has been happening since 2 months like this. I use to contact them and they reply that it takes 2 weeks again. Every time I send the mail, I just get the same response as below:

I am really frustrated to follow up also. I am really suggesting my friends also not to go to airtel for any services. It is such a sucking company.
Please resolve this issue immediately and get my amount of Rs1000/- refunded.
