Sir,
The undersigned had land line connection with broadband services but inspite of having dropped the cheque at their drop box bill for the month of April, the undersigned was told that the payment has not received by them and the services were disconnected without intimation and the undersigned felt humiliated and ask for total disconnection of the services. Airtel representative attended the office of the undersigned and requested to continue with the connection and undertook to waive the charges / bills amounting to Rs. 1000/- and changed the tariff plan from Rs. 520/ to Rs. 449/-
but nothing happened and the entire services remain suspended.
Since the services are not being availed by the undersigned the service provider is not entitled to any amount. Kindly look into the matter and direct the airtel company to restore the connection after waiving all the previous dues since no service was provided,
