Hi,
This is with regards to the Broadband service I had with Airtel. It was all
well till April. In the first week of may i tried calling Airtel advising
to shift my land line and my broadband service to a new address where we will
be moving. I was told that call a day before and we will take your request.
1st may, i called to state that we will move out on monday so please take up
my shift request. after speaking with 3 agents finally i was cut off. I called
again on 5th and 9th and i was told that the request is taken up and it will
proceed. i need to make the payment.
I told that the due date is not over hence i will make the payment As soon the
service changes as i always use internet payment mode.
No action was taken and i gave up than in the month of June reminder calls
started flowing and to every agent i spoke i repeated the story to everyone,
most of them droped the call in between and some listened but did nothing.
Finally i decided to disconnect the service and i was convinced to get a plan
of 499 rental. I agreed that it should start from the new address.
But till date nothing is done and all i am getting is reminder calls to make
the payment now its almost more than 2 months airtel needs for providing
nothing.
So finally i am asking is there any complaints department in airtel to look
after this issue. regarding the payment i agreed to make one month payment even
though i was having no service but not ready to pay the rest and late fine as
it was not my fault.
