Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for Airtel Broadband Connection one June 10' 2010. No one was turned up. On 16th I found customer care number and spoke to customer care representative about my connection, she told like in your area we cant process. why they not intimated over phone? and also its there responsibility to check before form filling. They said like with in 10days you will receive cheque. but not yet received and also no follow up? no intimation even through SMS/Mail???
