I have requested for a Airtel Broadband conenction earlier this month and an executive by name Alagr Visited me @ my residence collecting all the documents and a cheque for an amount of Rs 2697/-

He never gave me an acknowledgement and when I asked for it he told me thatb he will be giving second copy next day.

Next 3 days he never turned up and he never attended my calls as well. In the application form I have requested for connection on or before 16-07. None of the airtel executives updated me on the stats of the connection. When I called up customer care they asked for my connection request number which I dont have. Finally with the help of First name and last name they were able to track the request number and they told me that the connection will be given before 16/7.

When I requested for acknowledgement and payment receipt they told me that it will be sent before 14/7

So far there is no update from them.

I am not sure why they are so reluctant to give a proper update.

Can some one help me out?
