Hi,

I stay in Mogappair East, Chennai. I was having an internet broadband connection of airtel. Everything was going smooth till 12th July. I have shifted my home a week later to next street. I requested for Connection shifting with Airtel Customer Care on 12th July. after that so many times i called them and no response. sometimes they cut the call. If i go direct to any centre they simply says come after 6 months. you willnot get any connection. I went to airtel shope in anna nagar, 2nd avenue .. they are best, shouted on me to go for BSNL or Reliance. Great. I never seen such customer support. After all this i still stick to Airtel because of its good service.

Can you please check this for me whether i will get connection back or not.
