HI,
I called one airtel representative from one to one communication named manoj on july 24 and asked for airtel broad band connection.i am staying in Teachers colony koramangala 1st block.he has send one person to my house and taken the address proof and 850 rs from me .my form number is TBL 0127788. after that there is no response from him.now his number is switched off and i called the customer care and registered a complaint, service reqest number is 35963698.and the executive told he will get back before 5.30 pm next day, but still now i didnt get a feed back.so now what i have to do such an irresponsible behaviour from these executives.how can i trust Airtel for such idiotic behaviour.so please give me a solution to move forward to get my money back.i dont want to go for Airtel anymore
