Connection not provided despite promises

Hi,

I had contacted on 7th Aug, Mr. Santosh (9987369552), an Airtel Sales representative for a Wifi Broadband connection at my residence (Address - Flat No. 1729, Wing G, Maple Leaf, Raheja Vihar, Mumbai - 400072). This person came the next day to collect all documents and a cheque of Rs 992 promising me that the connection will be done in the next 2-3 working days. However, there was no response from him for the next 7 days, after which I called him to find out that there were some server issues. He promised (yet again) that now everything is set, and I should get my connection within the the next 3 HOURS. I eagerly waited when a person (Vijay) from Airtel came to do all the wiring related work. On questioning he told me that the installation will be done within the next 2 days. Unfortunately, till now (30th August) there has been no phone call from Mr. Santosh or any other Airtel representative. In fact, Mr. Santosh is not receiving my phone call either and neither is his boss Mr. Praful (9867570655).

Request whoever concerned to please look into this matter urgently and let me know the status. Also, can anybody take strict action against these people so that they don't give FALSE promise to customers. A truth upfront would have been much appreciated.
