Broad band disconnecting and slow

My broadband connection - Tel no 044-4558067

Dear Sir

1, Your Service is Pathetic and i prefer to go back to Tata indicom

2, Last 10 days the broad band is very slow

3, I have contacted your Area -Service Engineer Mr Senthil bearing the

mobile no -09500067528, may be every alternate day for last 10 days but

he promises he will send somebody but nothing happens

4, I have given a pr-paid amount for last 3 months

5, Till today it is on Temporary connections and nobody cares

6, They have unnecessarily trenched inside my compound for nearly 70

feet distance and put in cable but failed to give permanent connection

7, Instead they have given temporary connection from nearby neighbours

house by suspending the cable between poles

I have been requesting Senthil - Mobile no 950007528- He just does not

care.

If i fail to get response in next 2 days, I will cut and paste this

complaint in Google Consumer forum where 100000 people can view and

understand about Airtel
