WE HAVE BEEN A GOOD PAYING CUTOMER OF AIRTEL VARIOUS SERVICES AT OUR OFFICE. ON 6TH SEP OUR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION STOPPED WORKING. OUR WHOLE BUSINESS DEPENDEND ON THAT CONNECTION. AFTER CONSISTANT EFFORTS ON 7TH OUR COMPLAINT GOT BOOKED UNDER COMPALINT NO.37326470. IN AFTER NOON ENGINEER VISITED OUR PLACE ANFD INFORMED THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM FROM AIRTEL EXCHANGE END AND WILL BE RESOLVED IN NEXT 2 HOURS. BUT THAT 2 HOURS GOT EXTENDED TO 3 DAYS EVER HOUR WE HAD TALKED AT CUSTOMER CARE@121. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS AT VARIOUS LEVELS WE GOT ONLY FALSE COMMITMENTS ONLY. FOR THAT 4 DAYS OUR BUSINESS GOT WORST EFFECTED AND MORE THAT THAT WE WE MENTALLY TOURCHERED TOO MUCH BY VARIOUS AIRTEL EMPLOYEES. I HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH BEHAVIOUR FROM AIRTEL BEFORE.
