Deactivation pending since 11 months

I have made calls several times to Airtel customer care for deactivation of broadband connection no 0120-4281292 .

This has been going on since oct and we havent used the connection since that period. Still we paid all amount till Dec. we also got a call from telemedia services in feb stating to make payment of 560 Rs. after which no call would come from Airtel in this matter and your account would be closed. We made a payment with receipt No. 3560351 dtd 23rd feb.

Still Airtel says we have to pay 1900 Rs. FOR WHAT???

THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING US BY GIVING CALLS AGAIN AND AGAIN . INSTEAD THEY SHOULD BE ISSUING US NOC AUTOMATICALLY>
