Old ref. #: 38981864- closed without my permission and no work done!!

My problem: This issue is still not resolved even after 1st complaint and 1st complaint was closed without

my approval - could have called my alternate number before closing ticket. Please get issue resolved on urgent basis as I am losing on my home business.
