Airtel Broadband
Money not refunded

I am Ashish Pareek working as Deputy Manager in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Gurgaon.

I had applied for a Airtel Broadband connection on15/09 and paid Rs.500/- to Mr. Arvind (Mob. No. 9818214675). Mr. Arvind committed that my connection will get activated within 3 days. However, when even after 2 weeks my connection did not get activated, so i requested Mr. Arvind to refund my money. Now it has passed 2 month and still he has not refunded my money.

I am suffering without net connection as i have to study on net and getting tensed because i am not getting my money back.

You are requested to look in to the matter and give appropriate punishment to related person.
