Broadband not working properly

I have been using [Impatience 1399 broadband plan] for the last 3 to 4 months but for the last few days, "I am not getting the download speed as per mentioned in your [Impatience 1399 broadband plan]. I have launched many complains regarding this on your helpline number (01144444121) but nothing has been done till this date. First complain that i launched was on 29/12 for which i got the service request complain number for phone number 01142411810 is (41416024) and with this the assurance of my problem being solved within 24 hours of my first complain but till now nothing has been done.

So i request you to look into this matter and get my problem solved as quickly as possible.
