Wrong plan activated and register name also wrong

Dear sir,

Past 1year i am using reliance broadband connection, on 5th jan Mr praveen came for bill collection. He said iam part timly working in airtel broadband. That time he explain about the airtel broadband plans. He said Rs.500 plan gives as unlimted browse.

So i inform tat plan as ok. i disconnect tat previous broadband. On 7th jan tat guy activated airtel broadband with landline. I give tat check of Rs. 500. Next day i receive cal from customer care. he explain abt my plan and broadband register name also. Tat broadband as register in my father name, he is expired past 1year befor and my plan also changed tat is Rs899 plan unlimited. both plan n register name also wrong.

Tat day itself i call ta praveen. These r the thing s as happen. so u disconnect tat plan, I am nt ready 2 continue tat Plan. Pls deactivated. next day itself tat guy disconnect my broaband connection.

But still he is not disconnect tat landline connection. And my cheque Rs.500 also not return back. Iam nt satisfied with his explaination. And i shouted tat guy regarding of that, so he giv me ta Rajesh Team leader Ph. no.. his explaination also not satisfied. Both r saying sum story this this this.

Pls tak necessary action n do the needful.
