I applied for broadband connection online on 10th december and after that I got a call that airtel representative coming down to my place within 24 hours and 48 hours completed I didnt got any response again I gave a call and got response that they are checking avability in my area and at last representative turn up and collected money, proof and photo and told me that within 24 hours technical people come and put the connection again no response and after two three days one message turn up that "sorry sir we don't have connection in that area so we will be refund your money within 12 working days and more than a month over I didn't got money back after giving 20 times call and complain to customer care.

I don't able to understand first is what status and avaibility they are cheking before turning up and 2nd thing is their any probability of 12 working days will over in this year. I respect AIRTEL but service disappointed me and make me feel that AIRTEL is waste.
