Hi .. I got my internet connection yesterday. 2 Mbps plan. I have not been getting surfing or download speed for over 512 kbps .. mostly it is around 200 Kbps to 400 Kbps... I called in today and complained and ran a speed test with the agent. He was not satisfied with it either and raised a ticket. The service number is : 43463690. It was supposed to be done by this noon. I got a call from the technician and he started arguing with me saying if you are getting 2 Mbps on ncr.airtel website then its not our problem... and I was so if that is giving me 2 mbps speed but I can't browse any other websites .. its not your problem? I can't even play a single youtube video without it buffering ever few seconds. This is not the kind of service I am looking for from Airtel and I better have my subscription cancelled if this is the level of service Airtel has to provide. I can not watch any movies either. I have gone for unlimited plan with 2 mbps speed on my Airtel Land Line number: 0124-4225066 .. I called in for the second time a few minutes back and explained my situation again and asked to talk to a supervisor .. i was put on hold for 15 minutes and then got hung up on.
Its a shame to see such a level of service from Airtel. I used to boast about Airtel giving a good service to people. I guess I was wrong after my experience.
