I am using Airtel broadband internet connection for past 4 months. Having said this, i have been receiving Incorrect persons e-Bill sent to my mail id for the past 3 months and the hardcopy is not being received.
All my complaints to 121@airtel, nodalsouth, appellete authority has gone in vain along with their promises. Its very sad that besides their confirmation, the issue still continues. I presume there is nil customer care who are acting properly and diligently.
Am writing to you hoping that atleast this time, my query will be looked into properly and corrective action will be taken.
