I just called 121 Airtel customer care service twice today (4-3-11) for deactivating certain service and plan migration. In first call, the rep put me on a hold and just hanged up on me -ref no (43749304). And in second call another rep gave me information but was in a rush to hang up. She did same thing twice in the call and there was not proper call closing -ref no (32770919). Forsake God sake they charge me for each calls and they provide this sort of poor response. I'm really pissed off, and i don't know what quality guidelines this people follow. I'm very much unsatisfied. Please do me the need. Hope at least i get some response from ICCF.
