De-activation of my broadband/ landline bearing no. 01204270531

I have been using your services (Broadband) since 2008. In September i installed your IPTV service also. However since then i have observed drastic increase in the bills sent by you and infact there is no record of my last pay ment made in Januarythough i have the reciept of the same. Therefore, i contacted your executive on 04.03.2011 and requested him to de-activate my connection bearing no. 01204270531. In view of the above situation you are requested to de-activate my aforesaid connection on urgent basis.
