Dear Sir/Madam,
I was availing an Airtel Broadband connection with number 01614413245 at Ludhiana.
Subsequently as i was transferred to Hyderabad I had to request for disconnection of the number which had done on 19th March.
However even after repetitive reminders my connection is yet to be disconnected.
Further today i have received a call from the customer care that my connection has been successfully retained with my request. I may mention that i have never made any such request and the company is making FRAUD CLAIM that i have made this request.
I fail to understand the fraud claim of the company and the pathetic response given to the consumers.
You are requested to kindly take up the case so that i am not harassed by making me pay for additional period that i have not used.
