New broadband connection

Hi,

I requested for a new connection with Airtel broadband. I gave my request form one and half months ago. The representatives from Airtel tells that connection limit is reached in my area. I'm residing in the below address

No 27, Ganapathypuram first main road, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100. Mobile : 9500058447.

Also there are three people in my street itself waiting for the connection from Airtel.

Please let me know whether there is any procedure that needs to be followed to get the connection in this case. I'm not satisfied with any other service providers and I'm eagerly waiting for airtel connection in my house.

Also let me know if there is any escalation procedure available with Airtel to escalate the request to higher management.
