My airtel Landline number is 45511769 I've been using airtel Broadband for quite sometime and one month i did not pay my bill so my outgoing and incoming was cut a Representative from airtel called me and asked me to pay my bill and they will activate it, I paid my full bill of RS 4500/- and they never activated my number and every time i try calling them either they don pick up or even if they pick up once in a while they give me someone else's number and they do they same, and after sometime i logged in a complaint too the customer care and they told me that they will not be able activate it because of some kind of technical issue (they told me the switch in my area is full) they asked me to contact after 2 months and i did contact them after two months they and they told me the same its been 9 months now and they are still saying the same but i see that even now people in my area are getting new connection and when i call them and ask for a new connection they are ready to help, I Dont understand what's happening why is it so hard to activate an account and i wonder how the technical issue is resolved when i opt for a new connection. I need My connection back at the earliest.
