Hi,
I have a subscription of Airtel Broadband 4 Mbps connection. I have been having technical problems with my broadband for last 30 days. The technician has been unable to repair the fault completely. The repair doesnt last more than 2 days and the problem again comes back. i have registered more than 10 complaints in last one month.
The technician gave me his phone number but whenever i call him he never picks. He turns up only after we keep calling him for hours or sometimes even after 2 days of registering complaint. I am really tired of this problem. This is the worst service any customer could receive.
I have also tried to talk to a senior person but none picks up the call. I do not know what to do.
Please take care of my complaint as soon as possible or disconnect my connection so that i can shift to some other company.
