Internet Disconnect / Phone dead

Dear Sir, My Land-line number is 011-46541721 of Airtel Service. From yesterday (ie 09 June) onwards all my Internet connection and telephone services are disconnect. I have paid my dues in TTZ Cash, Trancation ID-PMGW00110794678, Order ID-MITZ1062741365 and Transaction Date-Thu Jun 09 19:12:33 IST Transaction Amount: 1, 300 Gateway Charges 16.5 = 1, 316, Card No. S00023615033. I have called the customer and they referred me to complain in this site. As mention in the above details of complains, Please I would like you to take action to connect my Internet connection and active land-line as well.
