Hi,

I would like to understand from Airtel that why I have been receiving different

resolutions everytime whenever I recieved any communication from airtel

executives, some says WiFi will be replaced or repaired without any extra

charges and some says it could not be. And now after more than 1.5 months, you

are confirming it could not be replaced. I've been suffering with almost no

internet connection as it is very difficult for mr to connect without WiFi. And

if I am ready to bear the cost of equipment then I would not be paying for

airtel broadband bill for 1.5 months, as already communicated to airtel while

making service / cancellation request.

I've been using airtel services from almost 5 years and if you would really

like to retain your so old customers then you should atleast waive-off bill

amount of that duration (~1.5 months) otherwise consider this mail as

confirmation to the cancellation request as made in the month of April.
