With reference to the matter above, I had placed a request for an ownership change to airtel staff 4 months ago, and I've paid up the charges for ownership change as well. However, the ownership change had not been done yet. In this case, I have no authorization to terminate the internet line in order to get back the deposit. And airtel staff were actually ignoring the matter after so many times of complain lodged to the customer service. I am extremely unhappy and upset with the matter and yet I have a feeling of deceived by the company.
