I have been using (adjusting) Airtel Broadband for almost 4 years now. Last month (June), I shifted to a new house and I have been sending mails to Broadband customer care to transfter my connection from my previous place to my new place. In fact there is no need to do any wiring as the previous tenant was also using Airtel and he shifted to another place.
Even after mailing their customer support till their Ombudsperson, there is not any reply from them. It has already been one month and I am without internet at my new place.
I didn't pay the last month's bill because of this and they are very active in alerting me that I didn't pay the bill. Also a lady called me twice to remind me that I didn't pay last month's and this month's bill. I said I will not pay it unless I get a resolution and also that I will not pay the amount for the days which elapsed after I sent the first email to customer care.
Things are moving very sloppy at Airtel customer care. I have already filled the form to apply for a BSNL connection.
I sent 7 mails at different times and got only one complaint number - 206201. My airtel phone number is 044 4501 4296
The calls to their customer support number 044 42110198 never gets connected.

This is my 5th Email regarding the same issue and this will be my LAST email to Airtel.

You never gave complaint numbers for my other emails...
I had shifted my house from my current Address to a new location and I want my broadband to be connected there.
All the connection set up is available and you need to just map the modem with the new line. Wiring and all is already present.
