I got my internet broadband connection some two months back, since first week itself I asked to change my plan. I requested the customer care to do so and nothing happened, I got extra bill. After that I requested them again to rectify it and nobody bothered to listen to my plea. I then, decide to cut the connection and not pay bill until this issue is fixed. (Why should I pay extra?). The bill collectors called me I told them the issue, every time some new guy called and I have to explain the whole thing again that's during my office hours!
One day I was in a meeting and a call came again, I told them I'll give you a call after I finish my meeting. And what they did? They called me 30 times in 5 hours! 30 missed calls?!?!? Next day I told them I am not going to pay the ball I want to talk to your superiors for this behavior. For a few days calls didn't come. And then again they started coming.
Today I got a call from a person who was talking in a tone which anyone would feel as offensive. They asked to even "meet", I said I'll complaint to consumer forum only then I'll pay and the reply was "there are many of our cases pending there, you can add one more", and "there are many cases, will you risk yourself for 2000 Rs." he then called again, this time his superior talked, and he was again same. is this the kind of goons this organization employs?
Now tell me people, what am I supposed to do to such a behavior?
