Connection is not compleated on time

i fill form on july 18 for airtel broadband connection they said to me within 5 days your connection wil complete but stil now i am waiting for that when i call him they always say to me wait for 2 days 3 days and they are not refunding my money, sales person always miss behave because they know very well i am not local please tail me what i do please what i do i have no option .this is my last way i have not any option.sales person name is sager and no-9956142991...
