Delay In installation

I have approached airtel broadband for connection on 4th Aug. Till date they have not installed the connection. When contacted several times in showroom and thro mobile they are not bothered and asked me to cancel the request of getting connection. Several mobile calls to installation manager and others has resulted in vein. I request others not to think of purchasing airtel broadband when other options are available in the market. I am awaiting the payment made for connection after cancellation.
