Airtel gave me old WIFI modem for 1500/- saying Airtel is responsible in case it any need repair or if its not working. Now when its not working they are saying they changed there policies 2 weeks back that if your modem is not working I need to contract there local vendor for that and Airtel will not repair that. I am always calling customer care to disconnect my number but they always convince me that ma'am we will rectify your problem please don't disconnect your number. But no resolution at all. Generally I have seen whatever new policy comes it is for new customers... not for old customers as they were promised something else when they applied for the connection. But Airtel is useless... Horrible connection & horrible customer care.
Please help me in either resolving my broadband connection or closing my connection. They are not doing any of this.
