I applied for a broadband connection from airtel with the following details:

Applied on: 16-July
Amount Paid: Rs 500/-
I was promised by airtel that the connection will be activated with 3-4 working days. Now it's been more than 1 month past but I still don't have the connection at my home.
I have submitted about 5 complaints to airtel customer care, and each time they only gives false promises saying that your case has been prioritized and will be resolved as soon as possible. There is a complete mail chain with the customer care and still they are giving false promises. I need your help to get the problem resolved. It is a harassment as I relied on them for the connection which is very necessary for me at my home, otherwise I could have opted other vendors.
